I.D.A.P. Information
Oklahoma’s Impaired Driving Program (IDAP) is a mandatory program now required for all DUI related arrests occurring on or after November 1, 2022. The program is administered by the Board of Tests. The program enrollment fee is $150.00, and an ignition interlock device (additional fees apply) is mandatory for a period typically not exceeding 12 months.

A.D.S.A.C Information
A.D.S.A.C. stands for Alcohol/Drug Safety Action Center. In Oklahoma, it's often a requirement for individuals convicted of DUI or drug-related offenses to complete an A.D.S.A.C. program.
Common requirements include:
∙Assessment: A comprehensive evaluation to determine the severity of the individual's substance abuse issues.
∙Education: Participation in educational courses to increase awareness of the dangers of substance abuse and the consequences of
driving under the influence.
∙Treatment: Depending on the assessment results, individuals may be required to undergo substance abuse treatment, such as
counseling or therapy.
